Weekfund Terms of Service

DRAFT, have an attorney review. This is a starting draft, not legal advice. Replace every [BRACKETED] placeholder. The subscription terms were drafted with Florida Stat. 501.165, the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA, 15 U.S.C. 8401 to 8405) and California's Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code 17600 and following, as amended by AB 2863, effective July 1, 2025) in mind. Notes on each are in COMPLIANCE-NOTES.md.
